How do I place an order?
Please submit your request on our INQUIRE page and we will send you a detailed pricing brochure as soon as possible. From here, we can begin your personal cake consultation.

How far in advance should I order?
For cake orders, we recommend that you submit a request as soon as possible! We require at least 1 months notice for single-tier cakes, and 2 months notice for multi-tier cakes.

How much will my cake cost?
The price of your cake depends on many factors. For Single-tier cakes, the base price by flavor and size can be seen on our Menu page. Customizations and additional decorations will be charged for a fee dependent on your personal request. The pricing guide of multi-tier cakes can be found in our pricing brochure that you receive upon submitting a request on our INQUIRY page.

Do you make dietary-specific cakes?
At the moment, we accept requests for gluten-free cakes.

Do you have a storefront?
Currently, we are a home-based bakery without a storefront. Who knows what the future holds!

What if I need to cancel my order?
For all of our orders, we charge a deposit. This deposit will be partially refunded if you need to cancel your order, the amount dependent on the order type. For single-tier cakes, we will retain 15% of the original order quote, whereas with multi-tier cakes we retain 25% of the original cake price.
